Shipping policy

International Shipping WearHanfu ships worldwide from our fulfillment center in China. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Methods

  • Express Shipping — Delivered via DHL, FedEx, or UPS, typically within 5–8 business days.
  • Standard Shipping — Shipped via China Post/USPS or equivalent postal partners, typically within 2–4 weeks.

Order Processing

  • Ready-stock items ship within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.
  • Preorder or made-to-size items ship on the date noted on the product page; mixed orders ship together once all items are ready unless you request a split shipment (additional fee may apply — contact us to arrange).
  • A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Orders cannot be cancelled or expedited once dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times by Region Delivery estimates below are in addition to processing time and may be affected by holidays, customs inspections, weather, or carrier delays.

  • Priority regions (North America, Western Europe, Australia/NZ, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia): Standard 12–20 business days; Express 5–8 business days.
  • Standard regions (rest of Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America, Middle East): Standard 15–30 business days.
  • Remote regions (islands, APO/FPO, and other hard-to-reach addresses): 20–40 business days; extra charges may apply and some addresses may be undeliverable.

Customs, Duties & Taxes Shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. WearHanfu has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

If customs duties or taxes are refused or left unpaid at the time of delivery, the courier may return the package to us or destroy it. In that case we are unable to issue a refund, and any penalties charged by the courier as a result are the responsibility of the recipient. Please monitor your shipment and respond promptly to any customs requests.

If an Item Becomes Unavailable After You Order We make every effort to keep stock levels accurate, but occasionally an item may sell out after you've placed your order. If this happens, we will email you within 48 hours with the option to: (a) select a different size, color, or item of equal value, or (b) cancel that item for a full refund to your original payment method, processed within 3–5 business days.

Lost or Damaged Parcels We are not liable for parcels lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked "delivered" by the carrier — please see our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy for how to report damage on arrival. We recommend choosing express shipping with signature confirmation for high-value orders.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or track directly via your carrier: DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, or 17TRACK for China Post/postal shipments.
